Installation and adjustment of 1. inlet valve

1. The installation of the inlet valve takes out the parts of the inlet valve as shown in the figure. (Note: The direction of the inlet valve installation should ensure that the water supply pipe cannot be discounted or hinder the work of other parts.)

2. Adjust the water volume of the water tank of the water inlet valve as shown in the figure. First, turn the card of the water inlet valve to the "OPEN" direction. Then pull the inlet valve body can make the inlet valve as a whole raised or lowered. See the mark of the water inlet pipe for the locking and loosening of the card.

3. Fine adjustment of water level of water tank of inlet valve

As shown in the figure, the adjustment lever can raise or lower the water level of the water tank. When the adjusting lever is turned counterclockwise, the floating box drops and the water level of the water tank drops. On the contrary, clockwise rotation of the adjusting rod, is the floating box rise, water tank water level rise.

1. Installation and removal of drainage head.

a. Rotate the valve body counterclockwise in the direction of the arrow in the following figure, and then take out the valve body upward.

B. Loosen the fastening nut and take out the gasket. Then install the drainage head on the drainage hole of the water tank and adjust the appropriate position. Put on the washer and tighten the fastening nut.

C. according to the figure, the positioning of the valve body buckle on the positioning hole of the drainage head. Then rotate the valve body clockwise. After installation, you will be OK when you hear a "click.

2. Adjustment of drain valve (small drainage adjustment) As shown in the figure, adjust and clean the water volume of small drainage by moving up and down the section cup. The higher the position of the adjustment cup, the higher the section water level, the smaller the drainage volume. On the contrary, the lower the adjustment cup position, the greater the displacement.

3. Adjustment of drain valve (large drainage adjustment) As shown in the figure, the adjustment section switch can make the drain valve large drainage. When the adjusting switch moves down the seal hole, the water discharge is large. On the contrary, the upward movement makes the small hole open, and the displacement is small.

4. The adjustment of the drain valve button is as shown in the figure. The valve body button can be rotated by 360 degrees to correspond to the push rod direction of the button.

3. installation note:

1. The water supply pipe of the drain and inlet valve shall be inserted into the overflow pipe of the drain valve.

2. The height of the inlet valve float should be lower than the height of the outlet of the overflow pipe of the drain valve.
